HR Executive

Job Description

  • Provide effective support to HODs across all aspect of HR operations.
  • Assist in the development, review and administration of company’s strategic human resources policies and procedures in line with the company business goals.
  • Responsible for manpower planning, manage recruitment process, staffing logistics and conduct induction programs.
  • Analyse the skills and qualities required for each particular job and prepare job descriptions.
  • Manage company payroll administration which include processing statutory payment and liaise with authorities.
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary reports by collating, analyzing and summarizing data for top management.
  • Conduct training needs analysis, communicate and coordinate employee development plan and related activities.
  • Assist in the review and management of the performance management system, staff movement, annual increments and bonuses.
  • Coordinate all internal promotions and transfers within the Company.
  • Manage and control employee benefits utilization such as allowance, leave and staff medical benefits as per company policy and guidelines.
  • Assist in the conduct of job evaluation, succession planning, competency profiling, education schemes, etc.
  • Attend to matters related to employee relations and counseling of employees in disciplinary issue.
  • Assist in the maintenance of effective discipline including consistency in procedures relating to administration of disciplinary action.
  • Assist superior in the negotiations of collective agreement with union officials, and ensure that the provisions under the company’s CA are implemented consistently.
  • Conduct training needs analysis, communicate and coordinate employee development plan and related activities.
  • Coordinate local and external training courses and evaluate the effectiveness of training conducted.
  • Liaise with various Government Agencies and statutory bodies in their requirements and establish a good rapport so that the Company’s public-image can be enhanced.
  • Performs any other related duties as and when directed by superior.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
  • Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English & Malay language for both spoken and written

IT Executive

Job Description

  • Install, test, monitor, upgrade, repair or maintain the IT infrastructure, Servers, Desktop and Laptop PC as well as software/hardware for VPO
  •  Troubleshoot or diagnose any PC/server/multifunction devices related issue
  •  Troubleshoot or diagnose network issue including LAN, WIFI, WAN and internet
  • Provide excellent technical support to end-users while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • At least Diploma or Professional Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent•
  • Required skills & knowledge: Microsoft Products, LAN, WAN and basic knowledge of networking troubleshooting
  • Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision

Administration Executive

Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines

Job Requirements

General Workers

Job Description

  • Preparing customer orders for shipment.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and repacking for shipments.
  • Ability to operate necessary technology including radio frequency scanners, computers, etc. as required.
  • Loading and unloading product from trucks or containers.
  • Breaking down and separating incoming shipments.
  • Moving products to storage areas with proper equipment and expertly stacking and storing the merchandise.
  • Picking orders for shipment and assembling various types of merchandise to be shipped.
  • Counting and verifying freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.
    Following LS&CO. policies and procedures, including all safety rules,
  • requirements and facility housekeeping standards.
  • Having the ability to be able to work overtime as required
